Dr. David Garrison is a longtime SBC missionary and missionary strategist. Here he reports primarily Muslims having dreams and visions of Jesus.
A dream and/or vision is not the same as a salvation experience. But in many instances, it points them to Jesus who loves and died for each one of them, and, in time, a salvation experience for all “… who call upon the Lord.”
“Thousands of Muslims are coming to faith in Jesus!” A research grant Dr. Garrison received allowed him to travel throughout the Muslim world to document this mighty movement of God.
Dreams are important to Muslims. Dr. Garrison reports that when they learn of the Scripture in Matthew 17:2 … “And He [Jesus] was transfigured before them, His face shone like the sun, and His garments became as white as light …,” they identify that this was like the heavenly being in their dream!
