In 2016, runners began in the Spring at the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Canada and Mexico, meeting March 20 in Kansas City (Overland Park), Kansas (location city of Bott Radio Network corporate offices).. We are invited that Sunday afternoon.
Pat Castle, Lt. Col, USAF retired, enthusiastically explains Liferunners in this 10-minute radio conversation. Runners … and walkers… cover incremental distances that results in covering the country. During this conversation, that very day, he was able to announce that every inch of the routes were covered by at least one runner or walker!
The official Liferunners shirt is described: “… the LIFE Runners logo on the front and ‘REMEMBER The Unborn Jer 1:5’ slogan on the back.”
Jeremiah 1:5 reads: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you. And before you were born I consecrated you: I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (NASB) Five times the Living God used, through Jeremiah, the personal pronoun of personhood … “you” … while a person still is in the womb! Thus God says we are living persons when in the womb!
Thus is the motivation of Liferunners!
