Mark Levesque is a teaching and organizing member of a significant outreach ministry led by Evangelist Rob Welsh. Two or three times a year they lead on-site “Festivals” (Evangelistic gatherings of thousands) throughout cities in Africa.
The team proclaims the message of the Word of God, the Bible, that Jesus Christ can forgive any person of every sin, all sins – (“… the blood of Jesus God’s Son cleanses us from all sins …” [I John 1:7] ) and can wonderfully change lives for the good (“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” [II Corinthians 5:17]).
The “For His Glory Ministry Team” works with hundreds of local African churches and thousands of people in each local “Festival” city! When the Gospel is proclaimed, many respond.

Hopefully, every follower of Jesus is concerned about obedience to the commands of Jesus, which includes the words of Jesus: “… and you shall be My witnesses … even to the remotest part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
The FHG team has discovered a biblical plan that results in a high percentage of sustained, continued results. It is based upon one group of trained and equipped people impacted by the “Good News” of Jesus having structured content to grow a second group that receive the training … and then that second group training a third group.

The whole concept is based upon the Biblical principle described in II Timothy 2:2: “The things you (Timothy) have heard from me (the apostle Paul) in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” The pattern provides this role model of teaching and disciplining: (1) Paul, (2) Timothy, (3) faithful men, and (4) others also!
And that is the Biblical example of www.t4tonline.org … and now of www.forhisglorymin.org.
And by way of definition, a first “generation” is described as a teacher and a learner, or follower.
A second generation of this cycle is when the learner or Jesus follower of the first generation becomes the “teacher,” and the new “teacher” helps another “learner.” (A third group of Jesus learners.)
The pairing of each new teacher and each new Jesus follower, or learner, becomes the next generation.
“By the time we get to the third or fourth generation, this process of discipleship can take “a life of its own!” (Levesque & Welsh)
