For years Galcom International ( www.galcom.org) has been and is committed to establishing radio stations throughout the world that honors Jesus and advances the Good News of the Gospel.
And for years Galcom has been building hand-held fixed-band solar radios, each of which contains a whole Bible and five years of great Bible teacher Dr. J VERNON MCGEE’s five years of “THROUGH THE BIBLE” – all of which are heard through each radio!
What began with $100 dollars in resources and work around a basement table has resulted in the eventual construction and distribution of 2,000,000+ (more than 2 million) such radios … into 160 countries and more than 100 languages!
And in 2020, a new development has happened in broadcasting the Good News of Jesus through Galcom International! After years of seeking the right Canadian Agency to give its permission, just weeks before this 2020 writing, ALLAN MCGUIRL expresses his joy that approval has been given to place Christian Radio stations throughout the Province of Quebec!
Here is the vision. A “mother” station will be established, placed in the Quebec Province. Galcom knows how to place the radio equipment in each city or town within Quebec. With the recent Canadian government “green light,” with the $4,000/$5,000 for the equipment for each town, Christian radio can then be heard on the area radio dial throughout that town or city from the one “mother” station in Quebec.
Of concern and requiring urgency, Allan McGuirl – with such a heart for obeying Jesus and advancing His message – he reports that only an estimated 2% of the millions of people in the Province of Quebec have had an experience of receiving Jesus Christ into their lives and thus having a “walk” with Him.
