“Jesus loves … and spends time with … the children”
This portrait of Jesus loving and spending time with the children was done by the late Gretchen (Mrs. David) Claybrook. Reproductions of it are available in many sizes, and even on wallpaper. For more information, contact Dr. David Claybrook at brodocdave@gmail.com.

Calling All Children to Pray: North Korean Children Need to Meet Jesus
Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF®) is calling on Christians worldwide, especially children, to pray that God will throw open the doors of North Korea to Good News Clubs (GNCs). Good News Clubs are illegal in North Korea; however, CEF has a strategy in place and is ready to enter the country with ministry when the doors open.
Reese Kauffman, a “PK” (Preacher’s Kid) felt a strong calling to be a businessman. Remarkable success – owning a manufacturing company in Indianapolis — was his experience as still a young man.
He learned about Child Evangelism Fellowship and attended one of their meetings in Indianapolis. In a relatively short period of time, Reese was to be asked to serve on their board and then as CEF’s International President, which he accepted nearly 30 years ago … without salary. His organizational and leadership skills that had developed as owner of a manufacturing company proved to be training for leading this great ministry.
Now CEF (www.cefonline.com) is the world’s largest children’s ministry, with tens of thousands of staff members and volunteers, having “face to face” ministry with 20 million children each year in nearly every country in the world. More than 90% of the volunteers minister the Gospel to children in their own country, requiring no passports, visas, cultural or language training, greatly accelerating their service.
From www.cefonline.com:
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in the local church for Christian living. …
“So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.” -Matthew 18:14 (ESV)
The book … Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day … tells the great story of CEF.
Remembering that North Korea is one of the few remaining countries closed to CEF workers, see more from their website:
Cuba was once isolated from much penetration of the Gospel — in a manner similar to North Korea today. With Cuba now experiencing a great movement of God, Reese Kauffman has a vision for North Korea one day being impacted by the Gospel of Jesus as is Cuba today.
