Moises Esteves is the USA Vice President of Child Evangelistic Fellowship (www.cefonline.com) world’s largest evangelistic ministry for children.
Under Moises’ leadership, 2015 was CEF’s first year to sponsor “Christmas Across America” parties for children, a fun time to explain to children the real meaning of Christmas.

Volunteers responded by hosting 2,478 of such parties. Held in a wide assortment of locations and settings, 62,312 attended and heard the good news of Jesus.
This year they are aiming for 5,000 parties!

CEF provides each party host a packet of materials valued at $125 to support each party to make it happen.
As in 2015, “Cru” (“Campus Crusade for Christ”) through their Jesus Film Project is providing 100,000 DVD copies of The Story of Jesus for Children DVDs for the CEF “Christmas Across America” parties outreach! Twenty DVDs will be in each CAA packet going to the party hosts. Teams may gift one DVD to each home of the children attending a Christmas party. As I write, my encouragement to see more “Christmas Across America” parties has been fueled! My wife Joan returned home from her weekly trip taking children to and from AWANAS children’s’ ministry at First Baptist, Ferguson, Mo; On the way to their homes, two of those precious African-American girls spoke to Joan of their interest in Jesus, recognizing their personal need of him. Right there in the car, in prayer they invited Jesus, the Son of God, to forgive them and come into their hearts! Doxology!
They rejoiced together when Joan told them of the “party” going on in Heaven … for, Jesus said, “… there is rejoicing in the presence of angels of God over one sinner who repents!” (Luke 15:10)
How does this happen? Here is the summary flow from the Bible:
· God loves us. (John 3:16)
· Each and all of us have sinned. (Romans 3:20)
· The “wages of sin is death …”! (Romans 6:23
· God loved us so much that Jesus Christ died for our sins. (Romans 5:8)
· God is “…not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (II Peter 3:9)
· To be born again, we need to receive Christ into our lives. (John 1: 12, 13; John 3:3)
· Whoever comes to Jesus by faith, He will not be rejected … He will receive you, take you in! (John 6:37)
· Jesus is “knocking at the door” of our lives and, if we invite Him in, He promises to come in. (Revelation 3:20)
These promises are all from God’s word, the bible, and are available to anyone … right now! For we are not saved by works of righteousness [good things] which we have done, but by His grace [unmerited favor to us]… through faith! (Ephesians 2:8 – 10)
You can receive Christ … right now … and be forgiven, saved, beginning the abundant life, and go to Heaven when you die!
