In this brief radio conversation, we remember the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah and the impossible situation that he faced. Three different armies were coming against his small nation. He called the people together – it was a “call to prayer” – He stood before them and prayed: “O Lord, the God of our fathers, are You not God in the Heavens? And are You not ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand so that no one can stand against You. … nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are on You.” (II Chronicles 20: 6, 12)
Seeking the living God in repentance and worship proved to be the answer then … and seeking God in repentance is the answer now!
