Missiologist Dr. David Garrison affirms T4T (“Training for Trainers”) with this observation: “T4T is the most powerful church-planting tool in the world today!"

An Asian-American Church planter, Ying Kai, asked God how he could do to advance the great task of multiplying churches and disciples.  “Training for Trainers” was God’s answer.

In an eight year period – mostly in China and Africa – more than 80,000 churches were planted and 2,000,000 were baptized!

A 2-minute video – seen at www.t4tonline.org – explains an impacting summary overview.

T4T is empowered by the Holy Spirit and based on simple New Testament principles, such as II Timothy 2:2: “The things you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”   The process was (1) Paul, (2) Timothy, (3) faithful men, and (40 others also.

My longtime friend Dr. David Claybrook is on the evangelistic team of For His Glory Ministries  led by Evangelist Rob Welch.   (See www.forhisglorymin.org) –The ministry conducts evangelistic “festivals” primarily in Africa.  As of this writing, in the team’s most recent festival in a city in Rwanda, a five-evening cumulative total of 300,000 attended and heard the Gospel … 100,000 on the last evening!

The team yearns to be a part of a sustained movement of God.  Here Dave provides a 10-minute visionary radio conversation of T4T as he and the For His Glory Ministry team have begun to apply it.
