Dr. Tom Phillips is Vice-President, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Executive Director of The Billy Graham Library, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been friends – and served God with — Dr. Graham for 30 years.
Now that North Carolina has designated Dr. Graham as the state’s “Favorite Son,” Tom has given leadership to the exhibit – “North Carolina’s Favorite Son: Billy Graham and His Remarkable Journey of Faith” located at the North Carolina Museum of History in Raleigh.
And wouldn’t we expect it! Both the expansive BG Library and the “Favorite Son” exhibit have resulted in being a clear witness for Jesus to the thousands who visit.
(Many will remember Wanda and Art Bailey, sister and brother-in-law to Tom Phillips. The Baileys led the preparation for the 2009 “Rock the River” ministry event with Franklin Graham under the St. Louis Arch. Over 65,000, mostly young people, heard the gospel of Jesus … several times!).
