Following a 25 year career in law enforcement, Kelly was asked to by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to serve on their ministry staff. He accepted and is now their Emergency Response and Logistics Manager of the BGEA’s Rapid Response Team. (See www.billygraham.org/rrt)
