Bishop Calvin Scott, Senior Pastor of Believers Temple Word Fellowship (www.btwf.net) — in North St. Louis MO County — doesn’t have all the answers as to how the remarkable Tuesday evening prayer gatherings of seeking God began, exactly where they stand now, where they are headed, and where they might conclude. But pastor, people, and the many attending have operated in obedience to God in being available.
Activated by the Michael Brown tragedy in Ferguson, hundreds … from different denominations, races, economic social groups and traditions … are responding together, in repentance, seeking the mercy and grace of God for a genuine revival and awakening … for the next “Great Awakening in the United States of America.”
But they have been powerful and certainly they are pleasing to God, with many together seeking God for revival and awakening … in John 17:20-23 biblical unity … for what Jesus prayed!
This radio conversation with Calvin is warmly moving and impacting. You will be blessed by the work and prayer commitment of pastor and people. And now you can enjoy the moving radio comments from my new friend, Calvin Scott.

Again, it is not known how long these Tuesday intercessions will continue … but the church maintains an “open door” attitude … as long as God leads, they will continue.
With my not knowing Bishop Scott until these prayer gatherings, I called longtime friends and spiritual leaders, Pastors Ron Bobo (www.westsidembc.org) and Michael Jones (www.ftmbc.org). While being from different church backgrounds, they both agreed: Bishop Calvin Scott is a genuine man of God and a “good guy!” Michael recalled their St. Louis high school days (in the same school) they wrestled with and against each. Check with both of them to see who prevailed. (:
