Constitutional Law Prof Josh Hawley defends Hobby Lobby’s Religious Liberty to not fund abortions

The US Federal Government through “Obamacare” is threatening the religious liberty of the Hobby Lobby Company by fining them $1.3 million a day if they don’t pay into a fund that finances abortions. 

Attorney and Constitutional Law School Professor at the University of Missouri Josh Hawley is Counsel for the Beckett Fund for Religious Liberty (www.becketfund.org) in defending Hobby Lobby in this violation of the company’s religious liberty.

As of the writing, the case is scheduled to be heard in the United States Supreme Court on March 25th, 2014.

A native of Lexington, MO in Mid-America, he graduated from Stanford University, Yale Law School, and “clerked” for United States Supreme Court Chief  Justice John Roberts.   Josh met his wife at the Supreme Court, a clerk there at the same time.  Now they live in Columbia, MO and are the happy parents a special little “Clerk!”
