An especially fascinating fact about Tara is that she utilizes Bible “storying” – telling Bible Stories – in her ongoing ministry serving a homeless shelter in Omaha, Nebraska. She has seen many homeless people come to faith in Christ … and then be discipled … by Bible “storying” ..telling Bible stories to them! Her experience is recorded in the thesis she wrote on the subject…which required careful notes and documentation … that was a part of her earned doctorate through Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Here the story of Dr. Tara Rye … in her own words.
