Church Ministry Musician Henry Maxey (my Oklahoma Baptist University classmate) wonderfully addresses the reality that most churches have less than 100 in attendance … and need volunteer praise/music worship leaders (usually leading busy lives), who are typically not professionally trained as musicians.
