From the time local St. Louis leaders invited the Blackaby Ministries International team to St. Louis – which includes three generations of Blackabys – and from the time the Blackabys accepted, local interest has been high. In this radio conversation with a BMI Vice-President Rick Fisher – the liaison with BMI and the St. Louis partners — inspiring and inspirational aspects are discussed.
As of this writing, a gathering of pastors and other Christian leaders occurs Friday, Aug 24th in downtown St. Louis. Then during the period of October 12 – 16, area-wide “Experiencing God” events are scheduled in four area churches – Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church in the western part of the region; Abundant Life Church in North St. Louis County; Friendly Temple MB Church on Dr. Martin Luther King in north St. Louis city; and St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville, IL, on the “east side.”
Three of the events are best served through reservations … (1) the 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM “Workshop” on August 24, (2) Twin Oaks Oct 12 & 13; and (3) St. Matthew Oct 15 – 16. All this can be done at on line at www.blackabystl.org or by calling 1 866 696-5959 – anytime day or night.
