Rick Brekelbaum was a financial executive with Exxon Mobil who in his career had lived in New York City, Venezuela, Columbia, in London with the North Sea Operations, and retired in Houston. During that time he took mission trips. Upon his retirement his life took additional meaning as the Executive Assistant to the late Dr. Avery Willis (www.averywillis.org), CEO of the International Orality Network (www.internationaloralitynetwork.org). Upon Avery’s homegoing, Rick’s work in ministry sees him sharing leadership in the Orality Movement, with a vision and strategy to reach the world’s majority of primarily oral learners (either by necessity or preference) and communicators.
